After a long week of anticipation, it has been announced that Joe Biden has won the presidency and defeated President Donald Trump, to become the President-Elect. 

“It’s time for America to unite. And to heal. We are the United States of America. And there’s nothing we can’t do, if we do it together,” President-Elect Joe Biden said. 

All major news networks projected Joe Biden’s win at 10:30 this morning with him winning Pennsylvania and 273 electoral votes. 

“With the campaign over, it’s time to put the anger and the harsh rhetoric behind us and come together as a nation,” Biden Campaign officials said. 

President Trump’s team has commented that they will continue with legal challenges to uphold election laws. 

“I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count that they deserve and that Democracy demands,” President Trump said in a campaign email.
