AHS Choir Performs at Fall Concert
The AHS Choir will have their first concert on Tuesday, Oct. 20 in the PAC. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. and will feature fall music as well as music from the All Region choir competition, which took place at the beginning of this month.
“We’ve been working really hard on our music and I’m really excited to perform it,” junior Megan Walker said. “I think we’ll do really well.”
The Encore show choir will start off the concert, followed by all of the choirs from the high school and the freshman center. The show will also incorporate a combined performance of one song by the Eagle Select treble choir and the women of the mixed choir Chorale.
“Sometimes people think that choir is really easy because all we do is sing, but it’s more difficult than that,” junior Anna Kemp said. “Concerts give us the opportunity for others to understand.”
Admission for the concert is free, and all are welcome to attend.
