A guide to survival
It’s the end of the year, and it feels like your world is going to fall apart. With semester exams, end-of-year-projects and homework, students often face a great amount of pressure and stress towards the end of the year.
Here’s your guide to making it through the last few weeks of second semester.
Tip 1: Study for tests at least a week prior. Studying a day before a test will only stress you out and put too much pressure on you, so make sure to plan your studying ahead of time.
Tip 2: Eat breakfast each morning. Breakfast will give you energy to do your best on assignments.
Tip 3: Take a break every once in awhile. A break will give your brain time to consume everything you have learned.
Tip 4: Do Something active. Physical activity will give you energy that helps throughout the day.
Tip 5: Make a study plan. A study plan will help you stay organized.
Tip 6: Make a to-do list and check it off. Every time you check off something it will be the best feeling and a to-do list will help you get things done.
Tip 7: Drink lots of water. Water will rehydrate you and open your brain to do its best.
Tip 8: Sleep at least six hours. Sleeping will help save information in your brain.
Tip 9: Smile as much as you can. A smile will make you feel happy and relaxed.
Tip 10: Try your hardest. Working hard will make you achieve your goals.
Tip 11: Keep calm, summer is almost here.
