Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week is an annual event that celebrates the choice to be drug-free. Allen commemorates this by allowing the student body and staff to dress according to the assigned dress-up days. The event will begin on Monday, Oct. 24 and end on Friday, Oct. 28. Be sure to dress up this week!
The dress up days are as follows:
Monday, Oct. 24- Tie Dye Day. Don’t let drugs “tie” you down.
Tuesday, Oct. 25- Plaid and Flannel Day. “Check” yourself before you wreck yourself.
Wednesday, Oct. 26- Decades Day. Leave your enemies in the past! Be a friend, not a bully.
Thursday, Oct. 27- Mix Match Day. Don’t get mixed up with alcohol!
Friday, Oct. 28- United Day. United we stand against bullying and drugs! Wear your red, white and blue on this day.
