“It’s been hard living without my parents, but it’s also been fun living with my best friend. Every day is a sleepover and somehow I still manage to get all my homework done. Ever since my dad got the job in Houston, I only get to see my parents on holidays and other special occasions. I guess it’s preparing me for college though and it has taught me to become extremely independent and responsible.”
